We had stayed here before and had a good experience and decided to book again. The first problem we ran into was the key card maker was broken and we had to have the maintenance man let us in our room for the whole stay. We chose this place for the low rate for the rooms and we did really like the value. Unfortunately, the other thing that we did not like was that someone went into our room without our knowing or permission and switched out the tv remote even though it worked fine. Also, the phone in our room did not work for the duration of our stay. The staff was friendly and apologetic and refunded us one day of the room fee for $5. I like the value, but wish that the experience was better.

The hotel was very clean with the acception of the bathroom issue. There was water leaking from the ceiling over the shower. There was a pest sticky strip thing that well was not tossed out when it should have been. And the towels were rough and stratchy. Other than that, very nice experience. Very close to resturants (steak places and buffets) and fun family places. We went to Universal which is within walking distance

The pool was not heated but it was warm enough to use during the day. The maid service was fantastic. All staff was friendly and helpful. No fruit at the breakfast but had cereal, coffee, bagels, muffins etc. Location was fantastic, across from wet n wild, close to universal and shopping. Free shuttle service to disney and universal. Room was basic but great for the money, was clean and they fulfilled my request of my room location.

Check in was quick and friendly. Rooms very small, blankets had holes in them and musty smell in hallway outside room door. Good location, close to everything.
