Though this hotel is rated as 3 stars, its service and hospitality can be up to 5 stars.All staff from bell boys to reception to the general manager, have customer centered service attitude. They are eager and flexible to solve all kinds of problems raised by the customer. Each time, I come to Dubai, I will not consider other hotel except this one.

I chose this hotel on the basis of positive reviews I read on [your website]. I have to say I was very disappointed. The location of the hotel is near the airport, but not within easy walking distance of anywhere of note. The room very very spacious; however the limited natural light made it grim, an effect only excentuated by graffiti on the bedroom wall. The front desk staff were unhelpful, and unapproachable- all in all there is little to reccomend this hotel.

We stayed in a triple room for 4 nights. I have stayed here before. Check in and check out were fine. Breakfast wasn't included and we didn't eat in the hotel. The size of the room was good; it was clean, though we had trouble working the TV. The location in Deira is useful, near the fish roundabout and quite close to the airport. The room rate was a little expensive (but better than many other hotels at that time of the year), but it was Christmas.

Very clean and tidy hotel, staff very helpful and polite, close to a shapping mall, cinema complex etc.(about 5 - 10 minutes walk). About 20 minutes by taxi) out of the city centre. Taxi's were quite reasonable though it cost about £6.00 from hotel to city centre
