Oriental Hotel Jeju Guest Reviews
The standard room was old. The bathroom gives the "cheap" impression. One day we even found that the glass was not washed properly because there was still a lipstick mark on it. We tried to upgrade to a better room but the deluxe room is crampy, so we decided to stick to the standard room.

The room was clean and comfortable. I had preference for non-smoking room which was not given. For some this would be a BIG problem. The location was across the street from a department store, and there were lots of small shops and restaurants down the street. The staff was very helpful and friendly and tried to speak English...which was a plus. Even ordering room service was easier than expected. However, I don''t think I would have chosen this hotel at the regular price. The price through asia-hotels.com was okay, but no meals were included. This made the costs higher. There was a McDonald''s about 10 minutes walk from the hotel for families. Although the food was good at the hotel.
