Although the apartment was large and extremely clean it was underfurnished and felt bleak. The bedroom had no airconditioning but the bed was comfortable. The kitchen was extremely ill-equiped having no cooking utensils, no kettle, no toaster, no microwave and only one wine glass! Above all be warned that you have to book in by 5pm as their offices close and no facility is provided for late arrivals.

Me and my boyfriend were on the way to Rome and decided to stay for a night in Florence. The apartment was easy to find, located in a quiet, but lovely alley in the old city centre,where a walk to Ponte vecchio takes just 5 minutes. Definitely will return,but not just for one night,rather for few days from where we can explore Tuscany a bit more. Loved it! Plus, room was clean,there's hot shower,kitchen with fridge and you have all intimacy you need.

I should have read the hotel description more carefully, as this is NOT a hotel. It is an apartment. They do provide sheets and towels, but at an extra charge. You sign in at their office and then walk (dragging luggage, or call a cab) for 5-8 minutes to the apartment. The apartment itself is large in a 400 year old building just a few steps from the Pitti Palazzo and a couple of minutes from Ponte Vecchio. The walls are painted in a traditional Tuscan manner and the floor and bathroom are new. There is a fridge, stove, cupboards, wireless connection but no phone, which posed a bit of a challenge when we had to book a taxi for 4:00 AM for our departure from Italy. Location is out of this world and it was wonderful to have absolute privacy for our stay. My wife and I are considering always booking apartments whenever possible. As all of the old town of Florence is accessible by foot I could not have asked for more. If we were inclined to travel on the cheap, and cook our own meals (we do not) this would have been ideal. There is no parking and as parking is exorbitant and difficult to find in Florence, I would recommend not renting a car while in town, just for out of town trips. I did this with my Garmin and had no problems getting around at all.

The apartment was very large, very clean and in the center of the city. I stayed there for three nights and I was able to walk to all major attractions from the location. My apartment was right next to the Duomo. There were plenty of places to eat, drink and shop only a few minutes walk away. The reception is in a different building to the apartment so once checked in, expect to walk for another 10 minutes or so to get to the actual apartment. Also even though the place is advertised with internet access, there is no internet access in the apartments themselves. You have to walk back to the building with the reception and use their wifi connection. The reception is only open from 9-5 so there's no internet access outside of these hours. I was a bit taken aback upon arrival by the 50 Euros per person needed for the cleaning and the sheets and towels. I had missed the disclaimer about this when I booked the place. In hindsight, although it was a nice apartment I wouldn't stay there again since for that price, I could've stayed at a 4 star hotel that included breakfast. I also think that it is outrageous to charge 25 Euros for the second person for sheets and towels if two people are sharing a one bedroom apartment. The only additional cost of having an extra person in the apartment is one extra towel and I just don't see how they need 25 Euros to clean a towel. The same applies for the cleaning cost.

Fantastic space! Full kitchen, very clean, nicely decorated. Great location! A two story apartment rather than just a hotel room but costs even less than most hotel rooms.
