Location
The hotel is located just behind the Balabag Church from where you can easily access the sandy, white beaches of the famous White Beach in just 2 minutes. The hotel is within walking distance to famous restaurants and bars.
All rooms are tastefully designed with modern conveniences and comfort. Furniture are in warm dark wood with a subtle combination of brilliant interiors, fulfilling the refined luxury you always wanted.
Restaurant
There is no restaurant on the property. However, the coffee shop is just the place where you can relax with your favourite drink.

The roof deck is available for small banquet parties like wedding, birthdays and other special gatherings. Hang out on the coffee shop patio with friends or shop for souvenirs in the gift shop or get connected on the internet with the computers available in the lobby.

A true joy to be at this hotel. Staff was absolutely great and very accommodating. The hotel was clean and fresh. I loved the large walk in shower and the great air conditioner. I stayed 3 weeks. I would have stayed more if I could have. I will go back.

Really lovely place, in a quiet part of Boracay away from the beach so you can get away from it all if you want to. Service was great, very clean and modern rooms. One small gripe would be the breakfast, no fresh juice and no fresh milk (only coffee mate! I hate that stuff). I would recommend this place, it's very good value.

Super new hotel a little bit out of the bars and restaurants but 5 mins trike ride to anyware not far from the beach and super hotel and reasonably cheap

Amazing location close to beach and beautiful building. Staff is the best and made for a trip that will not be forgotten. I look forward to staying here again.

My family had a great stay at One Crescent Place. Eventhough it's not beachfront, we still had a great time - everything was great. I have to mention how my 2 boys aged 9 and 4 loved playing X-box at the hotel's lobby. Free internet access was also appreciated. The atmosphere was very homey and personal, very relaxing. The staff was all kind and friendly - would always talk to my children and let them borrow beach toys, mat, etc. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Boracay. Definitely, we'll book here again once we go back to Boracay.
