Omni Royal Crescent Hotel New Orleans Guest Reviews
I discovered this Hotel for the first time about 3 months ago. I have now been back 5 times. it has a perfect location enabling one to be close to everything, but more importantly the service staff is a pure joy. It is hard to find great service anywhere these days, but they are a throw back in time to when the customer really mattered. In all my travels this has become my favorite place.

The hotel was easy to get to. It was within walking distance to Harrah's Casino but just far enough away from the French Quarter to miss all of the French Quarter noise. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and given all necessary information regarding our room and all services the hotel had to offer. The room was GREAT!! Comfy bed...just a welcoming room altogether. Check out just as easy as checking in. I will definitely be back!

The rooms were very nice with comfortable beds - the service from the front desk was very courteous. Definitely a great value.

The hotel was very convenient to anywhere you wanted to go in downtown New Orleans. It was clean and comfortable. Major complaint was noise level. Lots of street noise and you could hear everything in the adjoining rooms and hallway. Not for the light sleeper.

This was a very pleasant stay at an affordable price. 5-star service by the hotel staff, who tirelessly answered all my (numerous) queries. The hotel is close to the convention centre, and a short stroll away from the French Quarter. Its location means it's central yet quiet. It also has a very affordable restaurant serving very good food. My only comment is about the internet facilities. Staff were kind enough to allow me to use the computer in their back office, but a complimentary internet terminal (or one charging a nominal fee) would be better as I didn't want to have to ask staff everytime I needed to access my email. Also, the jacuzzi didn´t seem to be working (or to be heated) when I was there mid-February.
