I love all the history in the hotel and the surrounding area. The location was petfect! Everyone was more than accommodating. Room was small but very clean and cozzy. I loved all the antique architecture. I would definitely go back again.

Hotel is in a great area and most staff was very accommodating. My discontent is solely with the so called business center. This hotel billed itself as having an accommodating business center. While I was there i needed notary services and all the "so called" notary needed to do was verify that i, myself was signing the document. Unfortunately the notary was "nervous" for whatever reason and i had to look elsewhere at the last minute. I understand that some notaries are like this seeing as how I am a notary myself, but if you're not going to do the job you're tasked to do then you shouldn't advertise your services as "accommodating to business travelers." As a matter of fact, the only reason i stayed at this hotel is that it offered business services and advertised notary services. I'm sure it won't matter and nothing will be done, but my business will be elsewhere when i or my affiliates travel to Boston.

We stayed for 11 days and were very happy here. It was our first visit to Boston and this was a perfect introduction - so close to so many historical buildings, and the Red Line to Harvard is just down the road. There are good shopping streets very close by. Following the Freedon Trail was a lot of fun.

The hotel was as described, the staff was courteous and attentive. The hotel is right on the Freedom trail, very easy to get around. Would stay again.

The hotel was beautiful! Never have I slept in a more comfortable bed! Check in/check out was hassle free. Valet parking was professional and quick. Everyone was helpful, polite and cheerful. And the location of the hotel couldn't be more perfect to see all of Boston conveniently. Would stay here again & again!

Fantastic customer service as soon as you step in the front door. Accessible to subway, buses and waterfront. Only downside is that you have to be a member of Omni to receive the free wi fi and other perks. Front desk did not mention or encourage you to sign up to become a member, therfore it would not shock you once you receive the invoice of $10 for a short use of the wifi.

If you lie older hotels with charm & class then you would like the Omni Parker House. The rooms are small, but since I didn't stay in any other Boston hotel, I can't compare room size. The bed we had was a king bed & very comfortable. The restaurant (Parkers) was teriffic - try the Scrod! If I come to Boston again, I would definitely stay here again.

I will never understand why 4 star hotels don't have refrigerators and microwaves, but the location of the Omni more than makes up for it.

I requested a king bed, but instead got 2 twin beds. Not queen, twin. Also, the room was so small that we could barely move around in it. It looked like a normal size room that had been sub-divided. Bathroom felt like a locker. Good location and beautiful lobby, but totally not worth the price. Definitely will not go back.

The location is right in the heart of Boston and is walking distance to all sorts of great things. There is a crepe place across the street that is fantastic, and we were close to several T(subway) stops. You can take the Blue Line from the airport to Government Center Station and then walk to the hotel. The rooms were plush and nice. The foyer was beautiful and a great place to have a conversation. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and loved it. 2 people ordered the scrod and I got the swordfish; no one was disappointed. Wifi is $10 a day PER DEVICE, so be aware of that. I did it on my phone and then laptop thinking it was per room, not per device. They waived the fee because I signed up for some free membership. This is a great place to be if you need to get anywhere in Boston, and we truly enjoyed it.

The location is the selling place for this hotel. We could walk everywhere - the hotel is located on the Freedom Trail and that is why we chose this hotel. But the rooms were small and something that has never happened at a hotel is that the TV would need reset every day - we had to upplug the TV and then replug it to be able to see a picture. Strange. There is no breakfast included and of course it costs $42 per day to valet your car. But the location is what makes this hotel so desirable - not the amenities.

Coming from the midwest, I know we expect bigger rooms, but one chair in a 2 bed room was not enough. Bathroom was cramped. Loved the staff in the Last Hurrah! Location of hotel is great for walking to various spots.

The hotel is amazing. Part of Boston history. Very close to all the tourist sites - the Hotel itself is one of them). Everything was great except for the size of the room, which was very small.. It was as if they knew I had booked via a discount provider and given us a small room. Despite this I would return to the hotel. (Ask for a bigger room).

We've been to Boston a couple of times before this trip and stayed at the Long Wharf Marriott. A much better choice than the Omni Parker. The room at the Omni was small and the bathroom had not one single surface to put any lotions or make-up or anything else. We requested a table to be put in the bathroom for our use. On a positive note, I can say the beds were comfortable and the staff was helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the hotel has not been updated sufficiently and I wouldn't recommend it.

Excellent location; we parked in a garage around the corner and left our car there for the entire weekend. We walked everywhere from the hotel. Great parks, playground, shopping, dining just around the corner. Room was clean and luxurious, although the beds were a little too soft for my taste. Very family friendly service; on arrival, the kids received backpacks with toys in them, which they loved! Breakfast buffet was excellent (amazing bread). Boston cream pie was delicious! Would definitely return.

The room was a cubby hole, they said they would charge me $ 10 for internet unless I signed to their loyalty program - which reluctantly I did. I double checked that they had no similar conditions to use electricity or water !!For a price conscious customers looking for best prices through [...], I don't think it is a right hotel [...], I had to pay US $ 9 which probably is the most expensive bottle of water I am ever going to drink. The hotel is good, but gives an impression of arrogance, hubris.
