The outside of this Hotel is outstanding with all of the pools and hot tubs and water falls. We did not spend enough time on site because local friends took us to all of their favorite restaurants. So, we did not get to try HH Prime. We only had some breakfast in room service that was very good. We booked an Ocean front suite. We were a little disappointed because I would call it an Ocean view since we were looking from the side. But it was only a minor issue. We could have moved but once settled in my wife said let's stay where we are. The front desk person was extremly accomodating.

overpriced for the quality of the resort. Everything seems dated and broken. Room condition was average to bad.

this place is surely not worth it's price. Place is very dated with rusty bathrooms. It's just so old that it's falling apart. Everything from bathrooms to phones to ice machines. Worst is that there are roaches running all over the resort. Even in outdoor eating tables. Then they charge extra for basic facilities like wifi or even wired Internet, business center access, beach umbrellas and even self parking. Pool is so small and plain. Food in the restaurants was just average to bad. Breakfast buffet is overpriced for what's offered. Staff is very polite and courteous but don't really help you.

After being just married and having a 12 hour drive from Ohio we got there around 8-9pm. We were told that they had "A/C issues" and they had a room for us at the Marriott. To make a long story short they gave our room to someone else before we showed up and it did NOT have "A/C issues." The Marriott room was not oceanfront like we had reserved at the Hilton. The Hilton did call us early in the morning the next day and said we could check in early. We also were given breakfast passes for the whole week and didn't charge us parking...which was very nice. The hotel was nice with lots of stuff to do. The maid we had was AWESOME. The only complaint we had was that the bed very comfortable.
