Omni Cancun Hotel & Villas Guest Reviews
Everything was great except for the fact that outside our elevator there was a desk where people were bothering us everyday about accepting a free meal in exchange for us to sit through a 90 minute presentation that tries to sell you on a time share thing. Also, when we went to the desk for beach towels they tried to sell you some kind of water excursion. The rest of the staff was very friendly.

Enjoyed our stay from start to finish. Our room was clean and had excellent view. Went with the all inclusive food was better than most buffet's Had 3 meals at DaVinci nice atmosphere and excellent food and service. Drinks were made well and served promptly I thought it was great to have the beach side service. The pools could have been warmer the ocean was warmer than the pools. The staff at the Omni are top notch!!

Food, drink and service excellent. Room was very good, not great. A lot of steps from beach to room elevator. Big pitct to join their Vacation Club. Could not get into best restruant because I din not know to pack nice pants. Other restruants (2) were very good with excellent service. Went all inclusive and thought it was a good value. Will go back next year for sure!

Beautiful hotel with excellent friendly service, however cheap with the hot water. Two days in a row they shut down the hot water in the rooms for several hours. Also, the water temp in the jacuzzi in the pool area is luke warm at best. Understandable for daytime use as the air temp is plenty hot enough, however at night it should be steaming & hot. We and others complained but it was not fixed. Only once were we shorted on hand towels which were promptly delivered. Those were my only complaints. Otherwise an excellent hotel, would reccommend.
