The hotel is recommendable: New building, helpfull staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, large selection at breakfast menu, and location near Metro station. Minor points of criticism might be a small TV screen in the rooms and warm, not hot, coffee at breakfast

This hotel is close to the Lisbon airport - just a 10 Euro cab ride; and to the Oriente train station - just a 5 minute walk which was helpful for us since we took a train to Porto. It is also close to the Aquarium and the Science Museum. It is also close to a shopping center which has a wonderful food court - plenty of food choices to select from including American fast food restaurants. However, this hotel is far from the Old Town of Lisbon which is about a 30 minute bus ride depending on traffic and it cost 1.75 Euro each way per person. Our room was average size. I rated it 2-star for cleanliness because the carpet looked dirty - maybe because it was light colored and had a lot of stains. We dared not to walk barefoot in the room! The airconditioning was not working at peak performance either.

Very good hotel with large comfortable rooms in a modern part of the city close to an underground/rail station and a busy shopping centre and the Casino and the Aquarium. If you can get a period with a special price it's worth it. You can see the sights of old Lisbon but you'll have to take the underground or a taxi first.

The Service was not at level of a 4 star hotel, specially the breakfast including the size of the room which was to small (leading to high waiting for table times).
