Some music and chair scraping noise from the 24 hour pub on the ground floor, the furniture moving was more of a problem than the music. We were on the third floor (street level is first floor). Otherwise, perfect location for a Tallinn city break.

Get a room in the back. The street outside the hotel has a few bars that are open very late and rooms at the front might be noisy but the location is great.
