Excellent service from hotel staff. Answered all my questions about sightseeing locations etc with great professionalism. Any questions they were not able to answer immediately they researched and informed me as soon as they were able. Hotel and rooms are of a high standard. Friendly and caring staff. Breakfast was a little below par for this class of hotel but satisfactory.

I liked this hotel very much, ideal location for downtown Fukuoka and ideal for business. It is a great pity that the leisure facilities are so expensive, all hotels outside Japan offer this service free with staying guest. As it is normal for Japan to charge I think they should charge only a small amount for staying guest. I think this is a fairer system. Anyway after travelling for business for a good length of time, there is nothing nicer that do go for a swim or use the gym facilities but very expensive.
