Great service, very good food - not just in the food and beverage outlets but also in room service. Lovely large rooms with good facilities for work.

Nice hotel. However, Airco in room was poor, and therefore, slept poorly. Also, people in next room arose at 05:00 and had a nice, loud conversation! Some people just don't care....

We were allocated a room on the 10th floor, the room was small, shabby and dated, I would class as a poor 3 star. We were very disappointed in the room for a 5 star hotel. The main problem was the renovations taking place. The noise was so bad we could hear them drilling and ripping down walls. This was 11am and we were told they would finish at 4pm; after a long journey we were tired and requested to be moved. After a short wait we got to meet the Guest Relations Manager - she was excellent and agreed to move the entire party (3 rooms) to another floor and upgrade the rooms. Her handling of the problem is why I have scored 5 for service. Our new room on the 4th floor and was large, modern with a separate work area. The bathroom was huge. The overall impression of the hotel is of a dinosaur living off it's old reputation as a 5 star hotel. While we were there the 23rd Floor champagne bar and restaurant were closed due to the renovations; the business centre was also closed.

Although it is a quite expensive hotel, the coffee served at the breakfast was not good at all.

This is a superb hotel with very friendly staff throughout. Excellent facilities and restaurants. The bar on the top floor affords superb views across the city. Really does live up to it's 5 star billing.

It was disappointing that I requested for a non smoking room yet when I checked in there was none available. So, I had to accept a twin bed room at the end.

Beautiful hotel. Lovely health club. Great rate and not too far from the city centre. Breakfast was lovely and it was great that it was included in the price of my package. I would definitely visit again.
