The view from our room was fanstastic. Loved it! The live music was great and we loved the pizza.

Just got back to Los Angeles and I can't wait to go back! Booked a last minute mini-vacation at Oceano Palace and absolutely loved it. Upon check in I had a coupel minor problems, but everything was resolved by the great staff at the front desk. I forgot their names, but the young chubby man at the front desk was a great help! He personally escorted me to my room and asked me if that room was OK. I had a nice room with an ocean view. Room was more than enough for me. I had a fridge, stove, and a nice big shower with big glass doors. The last night I was there I went down to the bar to check out the football game and grab a beer. The staff at the bar was very nice and friendly. Had a pepperoni pizza from their restaurant after the game and it was surprisingly good. For the amenities that this hotel has, the cleanliness of the hotel, and the friendliness of the hotel staff, I will definitly come back. The price was great for the quality that I received! Spoke to Fernando at the hotel and he assured that my stay was a pleasurable one. Thank you to the whole Oceano Palace staff!

This hotel is OK if you are planning to stay only a few days. The room cleanliness and comfort are average. It does not have internet so if you are going on a business trip I would not recommend this hotel. The hotel restaurant has good food and good price.

The hotel itself was a great value. The location was awesome and you are close to everything. Room did not have a clock so you had to call the front desk to check the time. Didn't like that they put a time frame for visitors. We had family try to visit and drop off our luggage and my moms medication and he was not allowed to go up to our room. Front desk didn't even bother calling us they just took the luggage up to our room. Also didn't like that you have to check out the pool towels and you have to turn them in before 5 or they charge you.

No complaints here about this very nice and smart resort at a very good (low) price. Its location some distance from the old town was the only negative for me but with a regular and cheao bus service going right past the hotel, as well as plentiful cheap taxis, it didnt matter. I would definately stay again.
