It's a pleaseant place to stay, near many ammenities from Old San Juan and Condado main Tourism Places. Was nice. Maybe they can implementy more varietty of dinner. Their staff are good and you feel confortable with the attendance.

we arived about 1:30 pm the lady said we had to come back at 3pm ok so we checked in at 3pm the lady took personal info, on paper credit card number and license numbers and copys or wife and myself. this looked unsafe to me cause they just leave them out for every one to see.well got to room air was broken,remote was broken,so i notified desk the man came and looked at it, when could not get running he moved us in another room,the room had roaches,and standing water in closet walls was nasty.i was glad morning came so i could get out. i would never stay there again.

The staff and management were not friendly. The service was not good. The rooms not clean no cl wash cloths or towels available. No ice or water. The linen and beds were old. My friends and I were not happy with Orbitz when we asked to change our location to a better. We spoke with various people telling them about the conditions. Orbitz did not assitance us at all. I ask your rep to refund one day credit back on my card. You can be assure I will tell all my friends and family on facebook about this horrible experience.
