The room that I stayed in was in need of a good refurb. The room itself was Ok but the bathroom was very poor with cracks in the vanity unit, the mirror tiles were very worn, the toilet didn't always flush and the tiles & ceiling had mould stains. The staff spoke limited english, the buffet breakfast and resturant food was good. The location was central to the places I needed to go and there were good resturants and take away outlets within walking distance. Overall fine for the price.

Breakfast is served on the top (27th) floor of the hotel, which offers nice panaromas of the city (or, more correctly, the smog/haze).

A lot of waiting time on the lift, the whole Hotel ONLY had two passenger lift. Limited foreign currency for exchange.

It might be helpful if the front desk had more than one person who could speak English at any given time.

Nice place to stay in. The hotel should have tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The bathroom had cockroaches, which needed to be killed. Otherwise value for money.
