This is out third time at this resort. We love the kids club. Plus very close to airport. Would be nice to have better evening entertainment.

We traveled with 2 other couples and one twelve year old. The hotel lobby was spacious with free wifi and the best bartender in the place. With four pools to choose from everyone could find a spot they liked for noise level. Hector and Erica rocked the pool activities. The food was good and we had no issues getting into our restaurants of choice in the evening. My one complaint is that there are not enough loungers between the beach and the pools for all the guests and people would have them all reserved with towels by 8am, many times they were unused for hours. If the hotel has a policy of not allowing this there was no visible enforcement the entire week of our stay.

Greate location on the beautiful beach of Puerto Morelos. Close to airport, about 20 mins drive which means doesn't need to have a long bus ride after the flight. Very friendly staff, but be aware of the timeshare as they are trying to sell guests premium package.

We had to evacuate Cozumel due to a hurricane and knew right away we'd be happy here. There are tons of restaurant and bar choices. The facilities are beautiful. The spa is great. Everything is always great. Lots of activities going on to participate in. The beach is beautiful. I'd definitely go again, just not during hurricane season :)
