One of the lovely hotels I have ever seen all over Latin America. Staff is very nice, rooms are really good. The variety of food, drinks and activities is just amazing. I would recommend this hotel to everyone

Nice facilities. Food could have been better as it did not compare to that of other all inclusive resorts we have visited. Maids seem to come and go into the room any time they felt like it. Good reason to invest in the safe lock, even if it is $30 for the week. You have to pay for wi-fi, so take some extra cash. Emilio, Ony and Christian were awesome bartenders at the lobby bar.

First room was four flights of stairs and no elevator. Second room wasn't even cleaned. Third room was good! Right outside the pool and close to the beach. Food was so-so, but after two weeks, we had had enough. Not enough of a variety. Nothing to do for a teenager. Ours was bored by day 5. Also, not enough for small children. And last, but not least, the disco was open to outsiders of the resort and you had to pay for drinks. I thought this was an all inclusive.

The location is fine. The resort design is very good. The activities are as expected. The staff are friendly. It feels safe inside (outside is very unsafe, especially at night). But: Most rooms have mold from humidity. They have pluming issues. No hot water or water running out from the side of the bathtub because the tub was not setup properly. When it rained hard some rooms were dripping water from the ceiling, I was told. My first room was not usable. Could not sleep the first night because of the mold smell. I had to escalate to the travel agency and hotel headquarters in order for them to provide another room, a day after I arrived. Food was average.

Very disappointed with Resort. I searched for a long time trying to make a decision as to where to stay. Have been to the Dominican 3 other times but this time brought my 6 yr. old son. So I needed a resort which was kid friendly. Upon arrival nothing special at check in just room key & standard packet to look over, which did not mention any kid programs. Upon arrival to room air condition was not working. Called front desk, they would notify maintenance send someone right over. That turned into many phone calls & AC 2 nights later with not one apology. They did offer to move us to another room after we unpacked but after my boyfriend went to look it was smaller and they did tell us it was also dirty. They did not seem to understand why I did not want to move to a dirty room? Hmmm Hot water...not until the last 2 nights of our 7 night stay and trickled out of the shower. Kids club, open from 9am-5pm. Seems that they would offer at least a few evenings a week through the dinner hours. Also, hard to find & every time we went know one was there. Again my child spent only 2 hours there the last day! The pools are pretty nothing over the top but many drunks if you like this thing. In fact first day at the pool with my son he got to watch a drunk be rescued out of the pool! Yep, he feel off his stool at the bar pool & almost drowned. His drunk buddies did not even notice. A woman saw him across the pool & started screaming to her husband & friends & they carried him out of the pool and placed him under a tree until hotel staff arrived and carried him off on a stretcher. Great place for kids?...So sorry I listened to my advisor on this one. Food, nothing special at all, same buffet every day, reservations not ever able to get in. Each time I called for service I was told either they were at lunch/dinner or to call back when the operator was not eating to transfer my call!! Thnak heavens I had a great time with my family. Off site excursion which I selected on line was a great time. awesome for adults and children! Sorry, but you failed me on this trip So very, very disappointed. Perhaps you need operators that have been to Punta Cana to assist those when booking. Would love to help you out! Will be going back soon, as my boyfriend resides here but never to this resort! One last thing, when checking out they asked me 2 things my room number & then name. They handed me a paper told me to give it to security when I left the resort. Never once asked how my stay was or thanked me for coming. Let's you know how kind they are to guests, which was different when with my Dominican boyfriend. Last but not least i hate to complain!!! I am the one who ususally asks for the manager when someone has done a great job. They need to be recognized. Again, sorrynot a good recommendation.
