Friendly staff service, except when we arived we had to wait 4 hours for our hotel tobe ready. We also had water leaking from our ceiling for a few days. We didn't make too big of a fuss considering we spent very little time in our room, except to sleep and shower.

It was the perfect place to get away to a enjoy a romantic honeymoon. We loved the place it is beautiful, wonderful place to spend a couple or family vacation. I would recommend it to all family and friends we had an amazing time. The best vacation with my now husband.

We loved the Riviera Maya and our stay at the Grand Xcaret. It's great for family vacation, but I saw many groups or couple with no kids having a great time.

Great location: You have the beach, walking distance to Xcaret park, convenient to archeological sites, and lots of green. Nice swimming pools, friendly staff, and fun activities. The beach is small, bur the calm water and the tropical fish make it very nice for bathing. Heads up: During the trip you'll probably get invitations to time share presentations, but they say it's just resort marketing. :)

The hotel is kind of luxurious. They do treat you like royalty but you must pay the price. Some of the staff at the lobby (behind the desk) are clueless about costumer service and when I called them about a problem they hung up on me. I was shocked at the ridicule prices of things. If you want to brew coffee in your room you must pay for it, as well as local calls made by them. The bellboys are the best and they are very friendly and helpful. The pool and beach area are amazing and very relaxing.
