Oaks Festival Towers is on Albert Street, right on the famous Brisbane Festival Hall site. A Brisbane trip is not complete without hopping aboard The Wheel Of Brisbane or seeing koalas and Tasmanian devils at Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary.

All was good except for noise from permanent residents above us, dragging furniture at 1.00am for 2 hours. And on another night party goers running from room to room slamming doors at 3am and knocking on our door. Security tried to stop it but didn't have much luck. However even with this we wou D stay again, as it's location etc serves well for our needs

Great but bring own bleach toilet was disgusting no spare toilet paper no tissue at all the bin is broken no bin bag in the kitchen bin

the room was a little over heated on my arrival due the higher than usual Brisbane temperatures. There was an odor from the previous cooking in the front room.

Attention to detail lacking in the rooms. Only half the light bulbs working in the light fittings, missing glasses and china and not real clean. However the location is perfect.
