Great location and staff. Nice size room and overall clean. However shower needs to be scrubed clean for mould and resealed.

Staff were excellent, friendly & efficient. Two bedroom apartment was spacious and attractive. Bathroom a little small and no separate loo. No minibar but bottle shop within 2 blocks and large fridge. Balcony was nice to have. Restaurant's close by for breakfast. The cafe attached to the hotel serves breakfast only however we were not at all impressed with it! Try down the street. Although no room service you can order food delivered to your room by two restaurants - one Thai and one Italian. Dinner only though. I did enjoy my stay.

Oaks was a great hotel, close to free bus route, the tram, plenty of food/coffee options. The pool/spa facilities were excellent and the kids used them daily. The two room apartment was a great choice for the four of us. I cooked in the kitchen a couple of times too, everything was in good working order!!! I thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Great location, near choice of eateries, rundle mall, and tram. Staff were very friendly and helpful over our 3 night stay. We had a number problems. Beds in second bedroom were not separated as requested, extra bed brought and fixed by housekeeping on second day. Refrigerator was was barely working, freezer not working, repair was attempted but it only improved slightly. Could not get dishwasher to work, even with instructions from reception staff. We planned to have cooked breakfasts but no frypan supplied.. Some maintenance would make it great place to stay.
