Location
Oaks Charlotte Hotel is positioned in the business and entertainment district of Brisbane and near the Central Train Station. Aside from known landmarks, guests can also browse the stores at Queen Street Mall or watch events at Suncorp Stadium, home of the Brisbane Broncos.

Stayed on a 3 night deal. Great 1 bedroom apartment, extraordinary view of the river and towards The Gabba. Perfect for a big city getaway with everything within walking distance. We will be back for sure.

We had a great family Christmas lunch here, very easy for people to get to and from, great views, great living areas, pool and gym all used. Great after service, left my keys, and sent to me. Thank you.

Upon arriving at Hotel by car, was informed that we could not park in the car park as they only have 80 spaces available to 300 guests, & apparantly we had to pre-book the car space, but were not told verbally prior to booking, apparantly we were supposed to read the fine print, so we had to find other parking at 5pm on a Sunday, reception staff had little empathy. Asked for ice for drinks & told to go to the shop, we were on 23rd floor & elevator had no aircon, old fashioned room key, no info in room about the city or restaurants. We did not enjoy our stay there & would not reccomend this Hotel

Location and rooms are really good. I am not sure the house-keeping is really up to scratch as they didn't always replace things, or appear to wipe down the benches but for a short stay this was fine and certainly the room was spotless when I arrived. I would stay there again.

Location/amenities as stated above were exactly what was required for this stay. Price through the site purchased made it good value.
