great location in the heart of the city.

We were staying 5 nights and they tried to put us in an awful room on the first floor with torn curtains , garbage, a wall and pipes as our view!!! But we complained and got a nice room on the 4th floor. The closet leaked one night, making our shoes and the carpet wet, the air- condition didn`t work , the door to the bath- room could not be closed, and our overall impression was that this hotel is "tired" and lacks maintainance

The staff in reception, the Magic Glasses bar and breakfast room were all very friendly and helpful. The onlky "down" is that the hotel could do with a bit of refurbishment.

Good business class hotel but nothing luxurious. Restaurant was not open for dinner and didn't stay for breakfast.

The staff were very helpful and the hotel was located close to the centre. However, I felt that the room was quite expensive for the quality and facilities provided.
