The room was small yet very cozy and beautiful. It was close to quite a few restaurants and a shirt walk from Suffok St. I would happily stay there again.

The staff is very friendly and helpful! Unfortunately we had a flat tire on our rental car about 5 minutes into our drive to our hotel. After we walked to our hotel the front desk manager, Kris, helped us find a tire iron and get on our way. Our stay was wonderful too, very nice place.

-4 outside and no heat in the bedrooms. I suggested it would be a good idea knowing the rooms were booked that they could put the heating on in the rooms before guests arrival. We didnt arrive until after 7.00PM. Was told they couldnt do that as the room key operated the heating as well as electrics in room. The receptionists attitude was terrible. Having gone out next day returning to a warm room we found out that was obviously a blatent lie. Hotel itself was ok, clean tidy great location.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and find it very good. The staff are very friendly and can't do enough for you. The hotel has a very good location with just a short stay walk to the centre of town. Would definately stay again.

Everything went great. Staff were mostly helpful, and the location is just a short walk from Dublin centre, and 40 meters from a bus stop that city tours stop to pick up and drop off passengers. Everything was warm, comfortable, and most importantly: clean.

The hotel is very well located in the Centre of Dublin. The front desk is very efficient and helpful, the hotel has a nice bar/pub, the rooms comfortable, bed comfortable and at least rooms to the back side are very quiet. Well worth the price and can be warmly recommended

the hotel was in a good location. unfortunately it was a little delapidated with holes in the bedcover, and neither the tv nor the hair drier worked properly. car parking was a fiasco with the staff unable to give correct directions to the car park (i had to go to their sister hotel to get correct directions)- and staff also failed to explain that the code for entry to the car park changed from day to day- so we were locked out. staff also failed to explain that parking tickets had to be stamped by the hotel. this necessitated one person having to sit with our case outside the carpark, and the other having to return to the hotel twice to sort out. i would not stay again.

The hotel was well presented and the staff were very helpful. The location is a nice stroll away from the hustle & bustle of the city centre, but near enough to offer a pleasant stroll. We ate in the Bar Restuarant and found it excellent food & value for money. We would use the same hotel again.

Although the hotel was adequate we felt that the size of the room did not reflect what we paid for it. Rm 516. We would have liked a mini bar in the room and had to walk to the local Spar for crisps and snacks as the bar did not have any to quell our munchies! We had to ask for fresh breakfast food to be cooked as what was their was dry and unappetizing and there was not much left. This was at 9.45am. Reception staff were helpful.
