Very handy location, close to the attractions. Right on the doorstep of subway station. Friendly staff, decent tours can be arranged from hotel service. The amenities are pretty average. Good array of services available.

The hotel was beside the subway and we used the trains every day to get around. Perfect Location. There are food shops just outside the hotel which were very suitable if you didn't want to eat in.

Hotel room reasonably clean and good. Dining staff not so courteous with stiff appearance. Location is very near subway and bus stations. You need to decide where you want to go and get on the correct train station or bus stop that will list out the locations that they serve. Ask the hotel staff who are quite willing to help you. Although this is a Western hotel the staff actually speaks little English. If you know Mandarin it would greatly help.

This hotel is in a perfect position if you want to travel by foot or by subway. The subway station is practically at the door of the hotel and the whole subway system is very easy to understand and work out. We traveled everywhere using this system and loved it. The hotel itself is OK but could do with some refurbishments. Breakfast was what you expect from hotel buffet breakfasts. The bed was hard as was all the hotel beds we had in China. Staff were friendly and efficient. Overall this hotel was clean and good value. The only drawback was the currency exchange finished at 7.30pm so you need to change money before then.

The location is great ,close to shopping ,food and the subway.Staff were very helpful ,from the front desk ,restaurant to room service.
