After an early set back of a dirty room, we were changed to a better room, no problems for the staff to do this. Spacious and comfortable room, food good, staff generally very helpful. Quick service from room service and a good choice from the menus. Overall an enjoyable stay

Pretty average place pretending to be a luxury hotel. Staff were polite and friendly but did no more than required of them. Looking at the other great accommodation options in the area this place probably needs to make a little more of an effort but its adequate to say the least.

The standard rooms are a good size. Our room included a queen sized bed, a sofa, a large desk, mini bar and small TV. The bathroom was large with a shower in the bath. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, if a little high. Heating worked well. There was some confusion as to whether my room rate included breakfast. I thought I chose breakfast on my booking but this didn't go through to the hotel, despite being on my printout. On my printout, it wasn't clear so this is something that Hotel Club should look at. The Novotel gave us the benefit of the doubt though. The breakfast was a huge buffet with a large range of cereals, hot cooked options, fruit, pancakes, breads, pastries and coffee and tea. Definitely worth ticking that box! Parking is $15 which seems expensive especially when it's free outside. At the cost of the room rate, one would expect parking to be included.
