We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Room was comfortable, restaurant was good (except that breakfasts were somewhat monotonous, and quality could have been improved.) The fitness facilities were excellent. Good value for money.

Good hotel, clean and comfortable. Location was good for us; easy to walk to Wenceslas Square, but as it is situated on a side road about 1/4 mile away, fairly quiet too. Concur with a previous guest about the eating place across the road (Banditos); excellent menu at a reasonable price. Would have liked to see more than one computer with internet access available for use of guests; there was only one, so always occupied. Pillows could do with improving!

The location and hotel itself are both excellent, the food at the hotel was also quite good, the one down side however was when ordering a meal, there was 2 extra meals on a bill which were not ordered by or recieved by our party, we tried to explain this to the restaurant staff how ever got nowhere and ended up paying for them. Outside this hotel oppsite and slightly to the left you will find a small bar which serves good food at a good price and excellent beer at around 0.55 GBP 0.70 Euro per pint.

Very pleased about the ease and proximity of public transport to and from the hotel. Loved the fact that you could buy metro tickets and postage stamps at reception; saved us lots of time and trouble finding them elsewhere.

The Novotel is a large and impersonal hotel but it is cool (July), quiet, and well appointed . The staff are rather unsmiling but this may be a Prague characteristic. The Hotel appeared to be overstaffed but this did not translate to more efficient service in the restaurant and check-out. Overall, our assessment was positive. We would stay there again.

An excellent reasonably priced hotel in a quiet location but just a 10 minute walk from the City Centre & 15 minutes from the Old Town. Only complaint would be that there are no tea/coffee making facilities in hotel rooms.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Restaurant expensive for buffet food served at 22.30. Food was on display from-- and had dried up.Taxi service excellent from front of hotel. Rooms good. Housekeeping very bad. Rooms not cleaned properly and when we showed a bed cover badly stained cleaner stuffed it into a cupboard we had to show next day to supervisor to have it removed and cleaned. Minibar not serviced everyday unless requested. Bar Excellent.

Very clean, nice hotel located in Praha 2. Right near train station where you are only a couple stops away from Praha 1 and the main tourist sites. Hotel gym facilities were impressive. Hotel staff could be a bit more helpful and friendly - it really depended on the person there. Tip: you can ask the hotel to deliver your free morning breakfast to your room for no extra charge - a great perk. Overall very happy with my stay.
