Very modern room with the most comfortable bed ever slept in. Family of three very comforatble in one room. Great location, staff and breakfast. In the heart of Hamilton within walking distance to cafe, restaurants and bars. Visited the Waitomo Caves an hour away with a car.

I have stayed here 5 times in recent years. They have recently renovated and the rooms are great. Docking station for iphone! Free parking for hybrid cars also. Definitely good value. When in Hamilton I would not stay anywhere else.

Overall the Hotel and service was really good. The only thing that let it down was that when we arrived there were about a dozen cars scattered around the entrance way and it just looked terrible it also blocked the entrance. Maybe some lines painted for the cars to park in would be a good idea.
