Bar staff on 26/01/2013 evening was very ordinary. Service delivery at the bar was very poor. Disappointing. Food service was great. Having to pay for a guest car park was over the top as we had already paid $315.00 per night for room only.

Enjoyed the stay great location and amenities for everyone. Darling Harbour fireworks and added bonus.

Spent 2 nights there , rooms are not comfortable , staff are helpfull , great location but i do not think it is value for money

Was given room as promised with a view of the Harbour. Brilliant. Staff generally very pleasant though an initial conversation regarding early check in I felt the person who answered was totally uninterested and blunt. Otherwise a wonderful Hotel and experience.

Best location, great views and friendly staff! Couldn't get any better! Happy to recommend to our overseas guests, it's good to know that they will be treated so well!
