On arrival we were upgraded to a premier room on the 22nd floor, which was a nice bonus. Being up this high meant that we were not disturbed by the construction to the north-west, which is still at ground level (Jun 12), As construction proceeds up in height the noise may be an issue for some people to take into considertion. The only negative to mention is that there is no free wi-fi - you can buy access for 24-hours (SGD26++), but not for shorter periods. A hourly rate of a few SGD would have been preferable.

Room was too hot, aircon did not work properly. Staff at Concierge very helpful although staff at reception were not. Very disappointed they wanted to charge for wifi. BathRoom had a foul smell coming from it the whole time we stayed here. Great location.

Seeing it was my birthday the next day, the receptionist offered to upgrade me to a superior room. Huge room and great river view it was from the 19th floor... Truly enjoyed my stay! Will definitely stay there again in future! =)

Great Hotel close to Clark Quay, Helpfull staff! Rooms comfortable and clean. Have stayed many times here. The hotel is close to SMRT under ground. Will stay again.

We upgraded to a Premier Room and was really worth while. Could not fault anything. Meals at their hotel were good quality and reasonably priced.
