Novotel New York Times Square Guest Reviews (9)
With a view of Times Square, the location's perfect for those wanting to take in a show. Only 9 streets from Central Park and, like most places, only a block or two from subway stations. However, most questions asked of the concierge were met with ignorance - they didn't know directions and frankly didn't seem to care! Having said that, the bar staff (Gerard) was quite the opposite - friendly and informative!

Fantastic location close to everything. Over priced for the amenities they offer, but I guess they can charge for their location.

Check in was fast and easy. The staff was great. The location was convenient. I wanted Times Square. The hotel is one block off of broadway and Time Square. This was a perfect scenario because you weren't "right in the thick" of it but close enough to everything. The room was large (2 double beds) and the bathrooms clean and well stocked. The parking garage is very convenient to the Novotel and was nice and clean. The service by both the hotel and garage staff was superb!

excellent location. Housekeeping quite minimal but room was sufficiently clean. Hotel staff in general seemed faceless did not really make eye contact unless you engaged them in a conversation. One concierge was very helpful however when we asked directions for subway to downtown. Would have been nice to have coffee or tea making facilities in room. Would probably try a different hotel next time in same location. Plenty to choose from.
