Novotel Melbourne On Collins Hotel Guest Reviews
Situated in the heart of Melbourne & couldn't have wished for better. The staff were extremely friendly. Ask any Reception staff or the Concierge & they could direct you without any confusion. Service was quick too. The only downfall was it is a little expensive if you don't get a deal or have hotelclub dollars to spend but then again you pay for what you get. Would definitely recommend.

Great Location and good service with a smile. However, the room cleaers were quite rood and not very freindly at all.
