Our room was huge. We had plenty of room for our luggage, and loved the nespresso machine. Was nice to have the slippers and the gown - we didn't get these at other Novotel's. Hotel was undergoing some renovations at the time which was a slight inconvenience, because the lift didn't always work - but did when we had our luggage thankfully. Plenty of nice touches - demister in the bathroom mirror, nice bathroom products (scrub), desk, couch, hanging space etc. Close to train station which was important for us. Double windows made for quiet nights. Able to use internet for free which was handy. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and right next to the train station. The staff spoke enough English to be helpful and explained the tram system to us. It was the nicest room for the best price that we stayed in during a 16 day trip.

I checked in after 9.30pm, was greeted by a cheerful female reception staff and in less than 5 minutes, got my keycard and was in my room. Everything was in perfect condition. Free in-room wi-fi, which not many hotels in France provide. It was so good to have a great hotel close by the train station as my next morning train to Paris was at 6.15am. The hotel breakfast only starts at 6am (not a big issue) but could not provide simple take away for people who has to check out earlier(could be a piece of fruit or bread or a cup of coffee). I definitely recommend this hotel.
