Great staff and decore, however the design of the room was unusual - possibly attempting to make the bathroom vanity a multi-purpose vanity/kitchenette/bar. Bringing toiletries out of the bathroom to brush teeth, do hair, etc was in full view of the bed.......a big design failure. The mattress on the bed was very soft and not supportive at all. But, everything else was great regarding the hotel and close to Cafes and shopping.

All was good, except I suspect they are understaffed. The breakfast staff could not keep up with demand (for plates, cutlery etc). Not enough reception/check in staff as there was always a line up any time of day. Cleaning of room occurred very late in the day, not enough cleaning staff? Otherwise, food was good, location perfect, room was good.
