This is the 3rd Novotel I have stayed at. This 1 is far below in quality. Booked a superior room for 3 nights, cost between £180-250/night. The room itself and the hotel looks impressive but the working order of the room and its management/maintenance is abyssmal. The bathroom sink light did not function. The minibar light kept flickering on and off for 2 nights, not letting us sleep. After complaining for 2 days we got moved to another room. The bath plug did not work thus the bath would not empty itself. On the second night a soiled (with poo marks) face flannel fell out of the duvet cover. Both our keycards kept failing to work despite keeping them separate and away from magnets. It is clear the maintenance and the management of this hotel leaves a lot to be desired for. They offered to do the repairs to our complaints whilst we were there. I refused, stating these should be performed in between rentals not cause further discomfort to clients. Very unhappy! stay away from this Hotel!
