Complimentary airport express shuttle bus-H1 (pink colored) from HK station, to front of hotel. About 8mins walk to Wanchai MTR station(exit A2). Across from hotel, a convenience store. Perfect place if hunting for home decor products. Commendable Shanghai restaurant in basement of hotel. Further North, plenty of eateries and pubs. Bedding comfort could be better though. Elevated pedestrian bridge to Harbour Centre,and for ferry from Wanchai pier to Tsim Sha Tsui pier.

Good location and extremely clean rooms offset by small room size and somewhat less than helpful staff. The hotel has a small lobby and at times of the day looks like a luggage storage area. It certainly earns a four star rating but at the lower end of that scale.

Hotel is in good location at Wan Chai. Clean and descent but overrated for the services and facilities provided.

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times - very close to the China visa office (5 minute walk away). Small but comfortable rooms, reasonable breakfast with variety and consistency.

This is the last time I will be staying there. Poor service. Room was not cleaned and re stocked properly. Requested numerous time for fresh towel without any response.
