Novotel Birmingham Airport Guest Reviews
It's just perfect for getting up at crack of dawn to catch a transatlantic plane. Staff was helpful and friendly and there was a huge variety of food on the breakfast buffet. I felt the staff was more caring than on previous visits, making sure, for example, that I knew breakfast came with the price I had paid. My room just had a shower -- I'd have like a bath to soak away the day's travels.

Excelent Place to stay before or after your journey - couldnt even hear the trains even though its literally in front of the terminal

Staying in this hotel is a great idea if you have an early morning flight -the hotel is only 30 secs walk from the Terminal. We checked in on a Saturday, and as the Airport is very close to Birmingham, we spent the evening in the town before returning back to the Novotel. At 4am the next morning, we checked in to our flight to Italy, then returned to the Novotel for a huge, well cooked breakfast before returning to the Terminal to catch our 6am flight- no waiting around in the airport for us!
