1)Receptionist are OK. <BR><BR> 2)Waiter/Waitress are not good enough. Making big noise to handle dishes. Present breakfast voucher for breakfast because no check before present for customers whose room charge include breakfast or not. <BR><BR> 3) 50th restaurant waiter do not care children running around at place for dinner.

I was very pleased with this hotel. It was only 1 month old when I stayed there, so of course it was new and clean. Unlike many hotels I've experienced in China, this one did not seem to have many of the problems of a new hotel such as untrained staff, facilities not working, etc. A great place to stay for the price. I hope they do not increase their rates significatnly after they become established.
