Must pay when booking, no refunds. The hotel is in a great location for shopping and easy access to many things, the marble entry is pretty, the rooms vary some baths updated. We stayed twice on this trip, first time the bathroom was dated, beds are firm but ok, elevator is unpredictable and very old....we had to carry 3 - 50 lb suitcases and carry ons down 5 flights of stairs from our room at 7am for our hotel reserved cab pick up. Our friends stayed at Jazz....a few blocks away but nicer otel and easy subway access as well as central location for shopping etc.!

Just steps from Las Ramblas! Room was clean. Staff was helpful. Would stay there again.

The staff were very friendly, and allowed us into our room hours before check-in time. We had no problem with noise in the night.

A spotlessly clean hotel, the service was excellent and the positioning could not have been better. I will definitely go back.

This hotel made our stay most comfortable. Its location is perfect and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. There was a lot of noise from the street early in the morning, but during the night it was quiet. When we asked for the name of a nearby restaurant we were directed to a great little tapas bar and given a discount, so that helped the holiday mood too! We would definitely stay here again.
