Well refurbished, although our the room could have done with a good clean, especially the bathroom.

Good position just off the M1. Service could be better - reception staff not very welcoming, and although we had a double room we had to ring and ask for another towel in the room both nights of our stay as there was only one towel provided (for two people??!!). Also the key card only worked the first day, when we returned on the second day we couldn't get into our room and had to go all the way back down to reception. Room fine although the bathroom was a little tired (and lacking in towels!), but overall for what we paid for a two night business stay it was quite acceptable.

Very disappointing. Lookd great from the outside but the rooms are very tired and in desperate need of an refurb. Dreadful breakfast - even though I was early it looked as though everything had been under the hot lamps for hours

we found the hotel to be very good but if there is one critism we have,it would be that the reception staff be a bit more cheerful and helpful as they are the window to the establishment.
