The deadbolt didn't work at all, the chain lock was missing pieces. Only because it was my 16-yr old son and me did I even remain in the room. The property is very run down, the carpet, bed cover, etc. were very old and in poor condition. The bathroom hasn't been updated in 25 years - it still has non-pressure balanced 2-handle valves. Only slightly redeeming quality is how close to highway and Mall of America it is. I'd definitely spend twenty bucks more and stay somewhere better next time. Not at all recommended.

It wasnt the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.. but I used to do construction and had to stay in some real dives. The person at the frost desk seemed to have an attitude when I check in. Yes the pool was heated and indoor but i have seen kiddie pools that were bigger...... The wall unit A/C was load and made it really hard for my kids and my wife to sleep very well. The best part of the hotel is its really close to the Mall of America and a walmart and a few restraunts.

Very scary. Looked like BB or shotgun pellets in the windows. Bug on one of the pillows. Made sure we wore socks while in the room. Teddy bear decorations on th bedspreads & lamps. Will never stay there again.

Stayed here for 1 night to go to a concert and do some shopping in Minneapolis. This is by far the worst hotel i have ever stayed at. Run down is almost an understatement. the room had 2 different paint colors that did not compliment each other. carpet had ciggarette holes in it and you could tell where people walk. bathroom was as big as a broom closet. beds were clean but very used. it did its purpose [*]. pay the extra $10 to stay somewhere nicer.

Just 5 min. from MSP Airport EZ to find just off I-494. I was amazed at how quite the room was. Checked-in about 9PM, was in bed by 10PM and was off to the airport at 6AM, so I didn't use any of there services.
