We stayed there for 4 nights, it has a good location, very close to the tram station - 2 stops and you are at the beach. The train station was close was well, perfect for a trip to Monaco. Air condition was working well, room small, but nice! All in all a good stay at Normandie, we would come back there for sure. Hotel price was good for Nice...

Rue Paganini is in sight of the Nice Ville railway station and the hotel is one street down, an easy five minute walk. The hotel provides an elevator to the upper floors. Our twin room was adequate for our short stay, the beds comfortable and the en suite, though microscopic, quite adequate. Wireless internet connection is free in the rooms (ask the desk for the access code) and seems to work most of the time. Reception are pleasant, co-operative and multi-lingual. Breakfast is varied and adequate. Located only twenty minutes' walk from the downtown area, this would be the ideal base for tourists on a budget.

the hotel provided great service and the staff were very friendly. it was also centrally located near the train station and walking distance to the beach.

close to train station. staff could have been a lot friendlier. more like a hostel that changes your towels and maked your bed for you in terms of interiors and general appeal
