Norfolk Towers Paddington Hotel Guest Reviews
This is a very conveniently located, reasonably priced hotel run by friendly staff. We step out to a bus stop, and Paddington station is just two minutes walk. In the midst of a snow storm in London in early Dec 2010, I found a nice warm refuge in this hotel, for which I'm grateful.

This is a hotel in decline. I have stayed there 6 times over the last few years, and on each occasion its standards, and its facilities have declined ever so slightly. Hot water is available only occasionally; the lift works "sometimes"; and whilst some of the staff are polite and helpful, others are downright surly. Next time, I'll try somewhere else.

The room was very small, but functional. It's in an excellent location and the staff was helpful. It's an old building, as are most in the area, but they do a good job making their guests as comfortable as possible.

A good priced place in London to stay which while a little older was very clean and quiet.

Hotel entrance and halls are well presented. Stayed in room 511 and the smell of damp hit you as you walked into the room. Damp was found in 3 separate locations in this room. This room was also located next to the boiler room which meant you got woken up thinking you were on a ship due to the noise. Good size room.
