I'm in a business trip.. i can say rather not was good to stay.. my stay in my previous hotels that i went is more friendly staff and more clean.. but this Nomad Sucasa Hotel is the air-con is so noisy can't get any sleep because of the noise...

Hotel has very large rooms The location is good. However the staff are not friendly, are not efficient and sometimes are not even reliable. For example I had booked a Limosin from Rita at reception for airport, two days prior to my departure. I reminded her again one night before departure. The driver was supposed to pick me up at 6:00 am. But until 6:30 am Rita was reiterateing that your limosin is on the way and/or he in the corner. She got angry at me when I took another taxi. One bad experience also I had this time goes back to hotelclub itself and not to the hotel. Last time (a month ago) I rented the same room for the same price with breakfast. This time I rented the same room for the same price not noticing and not being notified that the price does not include breakfast. I feel I was cheated and that is realy bad feeling after dealing more than 20 times (at least 80 nights) with hotelclub during the last few years. I hope some one reads and replies to this.

good hotel with a handy location,take a cab to klcc is about 5mins...nice swimming pool...dvd player in the room,absolutely is an add on advantage...

good to have seperate rooms, little far from KLCC but walkable if you dont mind a walk, dont google it as google maps gives you the wrong details. Would prefer the chrus or Impiana, its great location for super market right across the street.

I will come back to this hotel, but the services provided are not good and the staff are not friendly! It is surprsie that they are charging more than 25% of the price of a room for internett access only!!! It gives very bad feeling!
