Except for construction in the first floor lobby (closing the restaurant and bar) during our recent stay, we would have rated this higher. A very positive stay, in all, though.

nolitan was generally very good, much better than average for nyc. rooms were high quality and amenities were good. only downside is that the rooms were quite small.

This is a fantastic hotel. The location is brilliant for shopping and restaurants in Soho & Nolita with close links to transport for getting around Manhattan. Design lovers will appreciate the clean, contemporary lines of both the common spaces and rooms. Most importantly, the warm welcome and attentive service of the excellent staff is second to none. Having arrived here from another 5 star property in Tribeca, the Nolitan stands head & shoulders above the competition for customer service and hospitality. Loved it.
