Truly incredible service, and a lovely room. The only thing lacking is better internet amenities (one booth without a seat). Was surprised to have a really outstanding prix fixe meal at their French restaurant, Le Grand Chariot. Small portions were perfect for a small eater but otherwise there were options with more courses. A lovely hotel.

its location is fantastic for public transport and there was always a taxi waiting if you needed it which was very handy.

A very decent hotel with the all quality of service and facilities which you would expect at this good (but not quite luxury) level. No complaints whatsoever.

A very nice hotel with spacious rooms and great views over Kanazawa, just a couple of minutes walk from the station. "Last minute" rates are good value - normal rates are quite high.
