Great hotel with all the 5 star facilities. Location a fair distance away from the old City centre (not suitable for walking at night, although taxi fare very cheap in Hanoi. Watch the taxi drivers though, some will try to rip you off.

Very clean, comfortable and excellent service. The restaurant serves excellent buffet dinners at very reasonable prices.

Superb hotel! We had a corner roof and it was very spacious. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff were very helpful. A lot of hotel for your money!

Nice, clean hotel! Hotel itself is spotless, very clean, modern and has advantage of a pool area for when it just got too hot outside.

Very warm and effective staff who cares about the well being of their guests. Continental food is better than in most hotels (the creme brulee was just fantastic!).
