Very regimented, didn''t feel comfortable at all. At meal times, plates whisked away before finishing last mouthful. Only one internet connection, free to use. Bedrooms well equippped and comfortable.

Wonderfully helpful staff...always there with a greeting and a smile. Aside from the fact that there was a charge to use the fitness center and a cover charge to get into the bar, the property was just fine.

This hotel has many outstanding features, but the most important for me were the proximity to the main subway station in Fukuoka and the comfort of the room. It was luxurious after the small size of the room I had in Osaka.<br><br> Although there is no business centre at this hotel with access to the internet, Kinkos is less than a block away and internet access (in English) is easy and inexpensive from there.<br><br> The hotel has a baggage delivery service (50 yen, I think) to the airport. Bags arrive at 4 p.m. so late afternoon and evening travellers can send their bags to the airport and take the metro unencumbered. I enjoyed my stay.

An excellent hotel. I would highly recommend it. The pricing could be slightly cheaper.
