Good location, clean and very friendly personnel.

Very well run - very clean and nice staff. Hotel provides breakfast which, though is the same every day, is pretty big and is worth the dollars. The location was decent too - not too far away from everything, in a quieter area away from the red light district.

Very well situated, nice staff. But unfortunately, the mattress was amongst the worst that we'd ever slept on.

Great breakfast, brilliant and friendly staff, nice quiet location but a short tram ride/walk into more "tourist" areas. Can't fault this place at all, will definately go back!
