My 5-year-old was in heaven! This hotel is perfectly geared towards kids. The staff was especially nice and helpful! The Nickmas show was super cute...my kid got slimmed on-stage and he LOVED it! the kid's suite we stayed in was perfect! Mom and Dad got some privacy while our little guy got to climb on bunk beds in his own room with his own TV! The only negative part of our stay was that the slides at the larger heated pool were closed when we arrived. :-( And the buffet breakfast where you can meet the characters was priced high for what it was worth.

The stay and ammenities were nice, bur the breakfast buffet was nothing to brag about. Better to eat off property or get room with full kitchen and cook yourself.
